Wheew its been humid! I hope everyone is having a good summer and gettin' out and playing hard. Well since last time, I have been hittin' it hard both working and playing. The Shoot Somethin' DVD has been released and doin' good and I'm still chasing that nasty snappin' monster gar that haunts my dreams or nightmares if you will. One day you will see him impaled on my arrow, and me grinnin' like a possume eatin' a tomato sandwich. But until then I will only hope and try!!! Bow season is closing in and fast, have you guys been getting any trail cam pics? I have had a few but nothing to write home about(as far as you know). I have seen some 140s but thats about as big as it gets so far. With a month before season you never know what will show its self.

I wanted to bring to attention that we (Team Hide & Hook) have aquired many new sponsors for the 2008-09 season hunting DVD, this list includes: Starrflight, Kwicky Kwivers, Arrow Dynamics, Extreme Outdoor Products,Rip Cord, and Hunters Edge. I wouldn't put my name or the teams name behind gimicks or gadgets that don't work, so you can trust assured that any product that sponsor Team Hide & Hook are as good as they get! With the new sponsors we also have some sponsors that have believed in us from the past like: Grim Reaper Broadheads, JM tran-sports, Smokin' Game Calls, and Mossy Oak. Some are new names but some are old favorites, never the less all these companies are 100% american made products, made with pride in the USA. Now top that on the OUTDOOR CHANNEL! Its not 200" plus deer being shot, but its true "No Fence, Fare Chase, 100% wild "American tradition at its best! You be the judge.

September 3rd will mark our tenth year of full time service to the public, I have had plenty of time this year to reflect on the past. I love what I do and I hope that it shows in your mounts and in the videos I produce. I have met many people, and made a few friends along the way, I wanted to say Thanks to the extended Hide & Hook family for a great 10 years and I hope that I can serve you as good and even better than in the next 10. I can only try.

If you guys need to order your gear be sure to get it in early, we still have the best service and a top notch bow smith on site, custom arrows, and set up are our specialty. Repair that old bow and get after them big ol' bucks, if you need a cable or string we can do it. Don't go to those huge box store with terrable service and expect those guys with 2-5 years experience to fix your gear right. Rely on over 20 years archery experience get you on target, save money and time at Hide & Hook, you wont need to get frustraited with multiple trips to get your bow tuned.We do it right the first time so you will have the confidence to shoot that deer of your dreams.
